During the holiday, we stopped by Hukou Hospitality Cultural and Creative Park. Originally thought it was just a park, it turned out to be more interesting than expected. There are all kinds of nostalgic children’s play, Hakka-themed buildings, and entertaining exhibitions. In the relaxing process I also know Hakka culture better. Let’s share our photos in Hukou Hospitality Cultural and Creative Park!

Hukou Haoke Cultural and Creative Park｜Park Scenery
The whole park is not big, but we also stayed for an hour and a half. Many small things are worth stopping. ❤️ The whole row of red brick street houses in Hukou Hospitality Cultural and Creative Park is the biggest feature, recreating the glorious scene of Hukou Old Street And time-honored merchants at that time. There are street performers outside the street houses, and inside the street houses are exhibitions and shops. You can run around inside and outside the street houses. It is a rich park.
The top of the red brick building is Jiaozhi pottery. It is exquisite and gorgeous when you look closely. It is also beautiful when you check in and take pictures. The exhibition has a wealth of videos introducing Hakka culture, mentioning Hakka righteous people, Shennong clan, and Hukou stories. You can also rent ancient costumes to take pictures, 150 yuan for one person and 200 yuan for two.
There is a HA coffee in the park. We are so cold when the wind blows (the Hsinchu wind is not covered), so we hid in to avoid the wind? There are red bean desserts, ginger soup, tea drinks to warm up our bodies.
Hukou Haoke Cultural and Creative Park｜Hooke Building
The key building in the innermost part of the park, the Hao Ke Building, takes the Hakka round building as its appearance. The walls are designed with several defensive openings, and there are cute Hakka Pinyin chairs outside. There is a statue of Shennong in the hospitality building, below which is hung a wish card for everyone to pray for. I heard that the Shennong family in Hao Ke Lou sometimes changed their faces, but unfortunately we didn't have the chance to see them that day.
There is an interesting exhibition in the hospitality building-Qiu Shaosong's Time Travel, which turns common things in life into tiny clay models. The hand-crafted miniature works are so realistic that they look like real objects when they are photographed. It is super amazing!
The Hospitable Cultural and Creative Park at Hsinchu’s Hukou made me better understand the Hakka culture and gained a lot of knowledge? We really like this combination of exhibition and sightseeing, which is interesting and fun. I recommend everyone who comes to Hsinchu to stop here too!
